Our Mission & Values
All American Geotech, Inc. (AAG) was established in 2020 with a clear mission: to deliver cost effective Geotechnical drilling and Geo-instruments installation/monitoring solutions to the Geotechnical Engineering sector in the Mid-Atlantic region, encompassing Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia (DC). Since its establishment, AAG has been offering its services to projects in the Private, Public, and Government sectors. AAG is actively pursuing its certification as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) under the SWaM/MBE/DBE program, emphasizing its status as a minority-owned business. At present, AAG owns and operates all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) and truck rigs ensuring safe and efficient operations. Additionally, AAG provides Tripod Drilling services designed for scenarios where conventional drilling or access is impractical, such as locations like public Schools or other comparable building structures.
Rather than being viewed merely as subcontractors, our clients consider us true partners in the process. Our unwavering commitment to these principles has been the key to our ongoing success. It is important to note that all our work is carried out under the direct supervision of a licensed Master Well Driller (MD) or a professional Geotechnical Engineer, ensuring the utmost expertise and quality in every project we undertake.

Our Leadership Team
Mr. Jha possesses over twenty years of valuable experience in the Geotechnical Engineering and Geo-instrumentation field, primarily focusing on Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia (DC). He has been involved in significant undertakings such as DC Water Tunnels, various projects for VDOT, MDOT, and DDOT. His portfolio also extends to federal, state, county, and city governments initiatives, as well as private ventures in commercial and residential domains.
Mr. Kersh with a rich nineteen-year history in diverse drilling practices spanning Maryland, Virginia, District of Columbia, West Virginia, Ohio, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey, Mr. Kersh's expertise encompasses geotechnical/environmental drilling, rock coring, barge drilling, geo-instruments installation, water wells and geothermal projects keeping safety as the first priority for him and his team. Notably, he holds a Master Drilling License (MD) with a specialization in Geotechnical drilling.
